Lindsay Helt
owner / instructor
Lindsay is a 400+ hour certified yoga instructor, who has received extensive Power Vinyasa and Yin training under SoulFire Collective, The Grateful Yoga, and Rebecca Sirman Yoga of Rehoboth Beach, DE. She is a local mama of 3 little boys who discovered that a daily yoga practice brought calm to her chaos and significantly lightened the heaviness of life and motherhood.
Lindsay’s classes are a blend of powerful movement and intentional stillness, all set to the backdrop of a carefully crafted playlist. In her classes, there are no rules. She will give you space to breathe and freedom to move. Want to skip the yoga and have a dance party? Do it. Feeling like on your back is where you want to stay? She’ll grab you a blanket. Lindsay will guide you through fun and creative sequences in the physical expression of the practice while embracing the philosophy that the true work of yoga takes place off of the mat.
Sam Gustantino
instructor / studio leader & staff liaison
Sam is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who received her training under The Grateful Yoga at Wild & Free Power Yoga studio in Elizabethtown, PA. Her love for yoga began at a Power Flow yoga class for educators in 2022, and she has been hooked ever since. The mental, physical, and spiritual practice of yoga is such a personal journey and one that has completely changed her life. Sam has also been the Studio Leader at Wild & Free since March 2023 and loves being involved in the Wild & Free community!
Sam specializes in fun flows that include creative postures, intentional breathing, upbeat music, and the occasional singalong. She provides a space where you can come exactly as you are, take what you need, leave what you don't, and just be. Our comfort zone slowly becomes a little bigger when we try new things, one breath at a time. Sam is here to encourage you, support you, and grow alongside you.
Outside of the yoga studio, Sam is a local preschool teacher at Derry Preschool and mom to two young girls. When she is not with her husband and little ladies, she enjoys reading, having spontaneous dance parties (especially in her kitchen), running/walking, baking, cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, and getting to the beach as often as possible. Sam can't wait to share this beautiful space with all of you. A space that is free of judgment and full of love.
Julieta Grodensky
instructor / teacher development specialist
Julieta is a certified yoga instructor in Central PA. An eager student, she was first certified through Free Spirit Yoga in Hershey, PA, under the wonderful guidance of Stephanie Trump. She later completed her second 200-hour training through Wild & Free Power Yoga in Elizabethtown, PA, under the incredible instruction of Jesse Cassady (The Grateful Yoga) and Lindsay Helt.
Julieta found yoga when she was in the depths of rediscovering herself after leaving the military. At the time, moving gently and kindly was a bit foreign to her, but soon enough, her yoga mat became a constant place to land precisely as she was and just ~be~ As her practice grew, Jules noticed she started to more clearly understand her breath, body, mind, and spirit and who she is at her core. This better understanding allowed her to connect to herself and those around her more authentically. To her, this is the power and magic of yoga. So, in her classes, all she asks is that you show up as you are, knowing that each day will be different. Take what feels good, nudge the edges of discomfort and challenge, and leave whatever doesn't resonate. Whether that's in the form of breath to movement or deep breaths in stillness - the time spent in class is yours to experience as you wish.
When she is not teaching yoga, you can find her out in nature with her husband and pups, playing childish tennis games at the local park, or curled up with her kitty and a good book.
instructor / community engagement specialist
Amanda Washington
Amanda is a 200 RYT through The Grateful Yoga and Soulfire Collective in Rehoboth Beach, DE. She began her practice at 16 years old, and enjoys the playful side of yoga, trying new poses and fun transitions. In her class, she loves to share that playful side with you. Her classes are great for everyone, from students just starting their journey to more seasoned yogis. The music in Amanda's class is a mix of all genres and all decades. From 60s and 70s rock to 2000s hip-hop, nothing is off limits. Outside of class, Amanda can be found hanging out with her dog and two cats, traveling everywhere and anywhere, singing loudly in her car, or powerlifting at the gym.
instructor / studio operations specialist
Emily Singer
Emily is a 200-hour RYT who completed her training with Jesse Cassady (The Grateful Yoga) and Lindsay Helt (Wild & Free Power Yoga). She discovered yoga while recovering from a running injury and quickly fell in love with the practice. Over time, yoga has taught her that real strength often comes through softness.
After seven years as a music educator, Em recently stepped away from the classroom to follow a new rhythm—one rooted in movement, intention, and connection. She still keeps music close, playing clarinet with the Central Pennsylvania Symphony and curating eclectic playlists for her classes.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her spending time with her husband, Scott, their two cats, Percy and June, and their dog, Nala. A lover of labeled bins and organized spaces, Em finds joy in bringing care and flow to everything she does. Yard work and home projects are her go-to ways to unplug and get a little creative.
In Em’s classes, expect silly jokes, thoughtful sequencing, a soundtrack that spans the decades, and the opportunity to lean into the uncomfortable. She creates a space where you feel safe, seen, and invited to meet yourself exactly as you are. Em wholeheartedly believes that yoga is for everyone.
instructor
Alex Mosenson
Alex is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher trained through Wild & Free Power Yoga in Elizabethtown, PA under instruction of Jesse Cassary (The Grateful Yoga) and Lindsay Helt.
Part ringmaster, part zookeeper, part artist, part yoga instructor, part whatever she feels like being that day. Alex comes to her mat to escape the weight of it all, to gain strength physically and for mental clarity. A necessary rechard and reset through the inhales and exhales. Off the mat her soo keeps her very busy, no two days ever look the same. Two kids, two giant dogs, one-too many houseplants and a tortoise. She’s allergic to cats and addicted to joy. Big fan of good people and sunshine. Even bigger fan of community and connection. Longing for deep conversations, the straight to your soul kind of stuff. One of her favorite mottos is “the more the merrier”: bring everyone and lets play, lets eat, lets dance.. More kids, more love, turn up the music, more space for love and joy. Her musical tastes are all over the place, nothing is off limits. Her highest hopes are to love you exactly as you are and maybe even inspire you to do the same.
Her journey with yoga started a few years ago. Really just a piggyback on a trip to gain some solace in the midst of motherhood and life. Immediately attracted to the vibes and the energy. Found healing in the sweat and even more in the tears. Gifted endless support through friendships and plenty of hugs. Connecting and building deep, meaningful relationships with other humans is her favorite hobby. Creating is her greatest passion. Drawn to anything and everything in life where she can combine the two: yoga, loving, painting, writing and belly laughter are the very top of the list. Stick around if you’re into sweat, art and humor as saviours in the midst of chaos.
The perfect ending to a busy day would be for her to kiss her kids goodnight, let the dogs out one last time.. Steep a cup of chamomile lavender tea, with a solace of milk and honey, light a candle and curl up in bed to read poetry into all hours of the night.
Say hi if you see her and please say your name 100 times so it sticks. If you’re not into yoga, we can definitely meet for nachos sometime. Can’t wait to have some fun!
instructor
Claire Stoltzfus
Claire is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, who has received Power Vinyasa training under The Grateful Yoga at Wild & Free Power Yoga Studio in Elizabethtown, PA, and 20-hour preliminary Yin Yoga training under Corina Benner at One Love Yoga in Harrisburg, PA.
Her love for yoga began when she was just a kid and attended her mom’s yoga classes, but it wasn’t until about two years ago when she reintroduced herself to the practice that she truly fell in love. The practice has truly changed her life in so many ways and helped her get through some extremely hard times. She is so grateful for the practice and how it opened up so much self reflection and love within herself. Yoga is her therapy and she is so glad to have found something that helps keep her present, grounded, and truly free.
Claire’s goal for her classes is to make everyone feel like they can fully and authentically be themselves without any judgment. She is not opposed to any dance parties, and actually encourages them. Yoga has changed Claire’s life in so many ways and she is eager to share that experience with others. Her classes are for you to take what you need and leave what you don’t, without judgment.
When she is not teaching yoga, you will find her exploring any and every nature trail there is that exists around her, cuddling with her cats, and watching cheesy rom-coms on Netflix with her husband. She will also find any excuse for a large cup of coffee or a trip to the beach any time of the year.
Jamie Sadock
instructor
Jamie is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, trained through The Grateful Yoga and Wild and Free Power Yoga Studio. Although she first stepped onto a mat over 20 years ago, it wasn’t until 2021—when she discovered the energy and empowerment of Power Vinyasa—that her true passion for the practice ignited.
In her classes, Jamie blends mindfulness, breath, and intentional movement with creative sequencing and uplifting music. She believes yoga is for absolutely everyone and is dedicated to creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where students can explore their practice, connect more deeply with themselves, and uncover both inner peace and self-love.
Beyond the studio, Jamie calls Hummelstown home, where she lives with her husband and their two beloved rescue dogs, Jake and Lola. She finds joy in nature—hiking, kayaking, wandering through the woods, soaking up the beach—and is happiest outdoors. A devoted animal lover, Jamie has lived a vegan lifestyle for over a decade, guided by compassion and care for all beings.
By day, Jamie navigates spreadsheets and presentations, but her heart is rooted in stillness, nature, and connection. Through yoga, meditation, and time spent with her family, she continues to live her practice both on and off the mat.
Jamie Shoenberger
instructor
Jamie fell in love with yoga over 20 years ago while living in the Philadelphia area. Although her practice was a bit scattered through the years, when Wild & Free Power Yoga opened its doors in March 2023, the instant love she felt all those years ago came flooding back. It was the perfect timing, and it felt serendipitous that teacher training was being offered, as this was something Jamie had dreamed of doing for years. She graduated in December 2023 from The Grateful Yoga and Wild & Free 200-hour YTT program and joined the w+f team in March 2024.
Jamie hopes to bring a sense of calm and warmth to every class, giving every student the space and movement they need. You can always expect a hand-crafted playlist when you join her classes.
Outside of the doors of Wild & Free, Jamie is a mother to three daughters and a professional photographer. Yoga helps to provide her with the balance and grace to juggle all the things!
Jenna Luttrell
instructor
Jenna first discovered yoga after having her second daughter in 2017. She was experiencing post-partum depression and her body was suffering. She didn’t have energy and was in extreme pain. Her friend invited her to take a power yoga class in Hershey- it was then that she irrevocably fell in love with the breath work. She had been on auto pilot as a stay at home mom for so long that she forgot how much her body and mind were capable of.
Through daily practice, Jenna found the endless benefits of hot yoga. In 2020, she received her 200 hour certification and has not stopped trying to grow and prosper in the yoga community. She has participated in countless workshops and has learned so much from other teachers during her daily practice. Jenna’s hope is that everyone gives this journey a chance to change their lives as it has hers!
Jessica Schaber
instructor
Jess is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. She received her training with Wild & Free Power Yoga and The Grateful Yoga.
Yoga became the space she didn’t know she needed-the space to pause, breathe, and gently work through the heavier moments in life. It taught her that healing isn’t linear and that each movement, no matter how big or small, holds its own beauty. Watching how yoga unfolds differently in every body is one of the most inspiring aspects of teaching- it’s a reminder that our uniqueness is our strength. Through mindful movement and breath, she hopes to create a space where everyone can honor their journey, celebrate their body, and find the freedom to move in a way that feels authentically you.
She believes that yoga is a beautiful way to connect with oneself- mind, body, and breath. Her goal is to create a practice that meets students where they are, with movements and postures that honor the uniqueness of the body. Yoga is for everybody and every body, and she is passionate about fostering a safe, inclusive space where one can explore what feels right for them.
Off her mat, Jess is a commercial consultant. She loves the outdoors and traveling… spending time with her family, beach-combing for sea glass, and cuddling up with her crazy cats.
Leah Adams
instructor
Leah completed her 200 hr training with The Grateful Yoga at Wild and Free Power Yoga. She’s an enthusiastic, thorough and energetic teacher.
Leah is also a long time practitioner of yoga. As a former D1 athlete, she finished college with a strong desire to continue developing physical skill and athletic stamina. When she discovered yoga, almost 25 years ago, she found not only a physical practice but a rigorous approach to mindfulness and a functional system for getting to know herself.
Moving and processing energy and emotion are the primary drivers of Leah’s personal practice. So, she believes that teaching a yoga class is just setting up space for her students to do the same.
Leah’s playlists are often a wild ride, her energy is infectious and she loves a good laugh. She’s a Red Sox fan, a foodie, a lover of art and fashion, and a mom to two awesome daughters. She believes yoga should be all the things including FUN, challenge and ease!
Meg Shreve
instructor
Meg is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who received her training under The Grateful Yoga at Wild & Free Power Yoga studio in Elizabethtown, PA. She started practicing Yoga while attending college and fell in love instantly. After getting married and having kids, she fell out of practice and rediscovered her passion in 2022. Meg has attended classes at Wild & Free since its opening, and is passionate about sharing the warmth, love, and sense of community with her students that she felt as a new student. Meg strives to create a class environment that is welcoming to all bodies, all genders, and all levels of ability. If her class playlist was a satellite radio station, it would be called Coffee House Indie Rock. In her free time, Meg enjoys a good book, gardening with no shoes on, and the occasional cup of mushroom tea.
Melanie Myers
instructor
Melanie’s classes are equal parts sweat, heart, and great music. A 200-hour certified yoga teacher through The Grateful Yoga School and Wild and Free Power Yoga, she creates space for you to show up exactly as you are, understanding that it looks different every day. Known for her energizing playlists, Melanie empowers students to move in whatever way their body needs each time they step on the mat
Motherhood taught Melanie the art of surrender, and yoga became her sacred space for stillness, strength, and self-connection. She is passionate about helping others discover how yoga can meet them in every season of life, on and off the mat.
When she’s not teaching, Melanie is soaking up life with her husband and their two kids. At home, you might find her sneaking in a podcast while finally folding that laundry, falling asleep reading a book on her kindle or daydreaming of her next trip!
Rachel Blevins
instructor
Rachel is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who completed training through The Grateful Yoga and Wild & Free Power Yoga in Elizabethtown, PA. She started to consistently practice power vinyasa yoga when she was a mother of two young children. It was during the busyness of juggling motherhood and life that Rachel found the power of the practice- a moment to breathe, to feel, and to just be.
Rachel’s classes will have you flowing to the backdrop of a vibrant, upbeat and motivating playlist. She encourages students to carry the benefits of their practice off the mat and into their daily lives- whether it’s finding more patience during stressful times, living with more intention and awareness, or simply trying to breathe through life’s chaos. Yoga shifts how she shows up for herself, her family and the world around her, and she can’t wait to share it with you!
Outside of the studio, Rachel loves to spend time with her husband and sons (and their very grumpy cat), reading, working out, spending time with friends, and playing the piano.
