  • We recommend arriving 5 -15 minutes before class begins. If you are dropping in without registering through our app or website, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

  • Doors lock 5 minutes after class begins to help keep belongings safe.

  • We encourage you to fully disconnect during practice.  Please leave your phone in the lobby turned off or on silent. We also recommend removing your watch or setting it to “Do Not Disturb” to minimize distractions for both you and other students.

  • We recommend bringing a yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle. We have mats, blocks, and other props available to borrow if needed.

  • While we do not offer specific beginner’s classes, we embrace a come exactly as you are wherever you are in your yoga journey and learn from there, approach.  We consider all of our classes all-levels, without expectation, so we recommend popping in to any class at any time and learning from there!  Whether you are brand new to yoga or a long-time practitioner, you are invited to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take what you need. We believe yoga is a practice for everyone, and there is no “right” way to begin.

  • Yes! We love hosting private classes and events at the studio. Whether you are looking for individual instruction to deepen your understanding of the practice, a fun experience with friends, or to celebrate something, we’d love to host you!
